With this decision I have allowed Quail Valley Farms the purchase of our great stallion Arts Self Portrait. I can't begin to thank all of you for making him become the horse I always dreamed of owning. What makes this decision so difficult is that "Stretch" is not just a breeding stallion to us as many of you know. He is our loved pet. However this new opportunity for him will open up a new door of possibilities for him and allow him to be promoted more as an individual. I have retained breedings to Arts Self Portrait and will continue to breed to him and support him as a breeding stallion. I have also made it known that when he is too old to breed, I would love to have him live out his retirement days with me. I look forward to seeing my dream continue by seeing his foals in the show ring. Thanks so much to all of you who have made owning him an amazing ride! Most importantly, thanks to "Stretch" for making so many of my dreams come true. Quail Valley Farms will be honoring 2008 rebreeds to Arts Self Portrait and breedings already purchased through Hanes Performance Horses for the 2009 breeding season. For Breeders Certificates on your 2008 foals, you will still contact Hanes Performance Horses. Visit Quail Valley Farms at www.QuailValleyFarmsQH.com Sincerely, Taylor Hanes ![]()
